2. Consider second reading of an ordinance pertaining to Article 8 – which Amends to include the word Modifications 801.02.02 Powers and Duties Relating to Modifications added as amendment

3.  Consider second reading of an ordinance 506.00 – Single Large Buildings – Conditional Use required amends the Light Manufacturing and General Manufacturing District sizes and adds 506.01 and 506.02 as amendments

4.  Consider second reading of an ordinance regarding abandonment of the  Road right-of-way between Tax Map Numbers 51-1 – 4-10 (Branch) and 51-1-E-19-11 (Dudley)

NEW BUSINESS:

1.  Consider first reading of an ordinance regarding the elimination of homes from the Conservation District (C-1) Creation of a Recreational District (Glen Maury Park Only) and Zoning Map Amendment to reflect the new Recreational District

2.  Consider approval of Residential Recycling Service Contract Agreement

3.  Consider approval of contract for old firehouse building
