  • A Public Hearing is being held in accordance with §15.2-1800 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing is being held concerning the potential leasing of real estate to Advanced Drainage Systems.

  1. CONSIDER REQUEST FROM MRS. GEORGIA SMALLMAN TO GIVE HER A REASONABLE NON-PROFIT STATUS FOR HILLSIDE HOUSE
  2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE PUBLIC PRIVATE EDUCATION ACT PPEA
  3. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF:
    Repeal 302.105 Parking Space Definition 10 x 30
    Repeal 703.03 Parking Space Requirements for All Districts
    Amend Appendix E to read: Parking Design Standards General Standards
  4. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF ADDING THE FOLLOWING DEFINITION TO ARTICLE 3: “Performance Guarantee”: A bond with surety and/or cash deposit, escrow, or letter of credit approved by the governing body or its administration in the amount equal to the full cost of improvements required by these regulations and providing for completion of said improvements within a definite term and to provide an additional 10% percent of total for administrative costs.
  5. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT TO 1500.00 AND AMENDMENT 1505.01 TO OMIT THE WORDS ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
    1501.03 – Requirements of this section may be waived upon recommendation of the city manager or his authorized agent and with the approval of the Planning Commission; provided that the intent of this Article may not be circumvented.
    Amendment 1504.01 to read: omit the words zoning administrator
    1504.01 – All site plans which are appropriately submitted and which conform to the standards and requirements set forth in this article shall be approved by the zoning administrator Planning Commission after having been reviewed and recommended for approval by the city manager or his agents, relative to: amended 4/13/08
  6. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF LOCATIONS SUITABLE FOR THE MARINE CORPS HELICOPTER TRAINING EXERCISES
  7. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION FOR LEASING REAL ESTATE TO ADVANCE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
