Each speaker will be given five (5) minutes to comment unless otherwise provided for by a majority of the Planning Commission members present.

Speakers will limit their comments so as not to repeat the comments of previous speakers.

All comments must be directed to the Planning Commission. Debate between a recognized speaker and an audience member is not allowed.

Speakers are requested to leave any written statements and/or comments with the recording secretary.

Recognized speakers and the audience will exercise courtesy at all times.
