8-2. No action of the Commission shall be valid unless authorized by a majority vote of those present and voting. A tie vote on any motion means the defeat of the motion for lack of a majority vote.

1) Request from Jimmy Blankenship for two conditional uses;
          a) one to operate a outdoor mini golf course
          b) Two to operate a free indoor amusement center for children
          c) Recommendation from the Zoning Administrator to add the following condition should it be the wishes
              of the PC to recommend approval of one or both of these requests.
                    C1) That the freestanding sign on the property follow the Land Use Regulations; that only 3 types of
                           signs are employed per sign structure (706.04-1) or these conditional uses may be revoked.
