DETERMINATION OF QUORUM - ARTICLE VIII – VOTING
8-1. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum.
8-2. No action of the Commission shall be valid unless authorized by a majority vote of those present and voting. A tie vote on any motion means the defeat of the motion for lack of a majority vote.

  1. Comprehensive Plan discussion

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Plat Approval for tax map numbers 52-1-1-49-21 & 22 to be redefined – R-3 District, 6,250 Square feet minimum lot requirement, Home presently on Lot 22A which will meet the current setback requirements for the R-3 District. The previous lot alignment actually had the existing house extended onto Lot 21. This will correct this situation and bring the lots into conformance.

OLD BUSINESS

  1. Discussion: Land Use Regulations concerning Swimming Pools in Residential Districts 1a) Swimming Pool Amendment (s) The City is currently looking at a swimming pool ordinance and I do believe that this would address the issues for swimming pools.
