October 11, 2007 - Sale of Publicly Owned Property

PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Buena Vista City Council will be holding public hearing on October 11, 2007, starting at 7:00 PM to receive public comment on the sale of Public Owned Property.

The Hearings will be held in the Council Chambers located within the Municipal Building, 2039 Sycamore Avenue. Any questions regarding this matter should be directed to Tim Dudley, City Manager, (540)261-8600.

All interested parties are urged to attend the public hearing at which time they will be given the opportunity to provide testimony regarding this matter.

The property to be sold is listed below with section, block & lot information as well as a brief description.
