Fitzgerald Trucking, Inc. Land Exchange
CITY OF BUENA VISTA
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Buena Vista City Council will hold a
public hearing on Thursday December 6, 2007, at 5:00 PM or shortly
thereafter to receive public comment on the following:
Request by Fitzgerald
Trucking, Inc. asking the City of Buena Vista to exchange 160.74’ of
land along the southern side of W 28th Street,
approximately 100’+- of land on the west side of Tannery Street, and
approximately 75’ +- strip along the northern side of the alley for
a piece of land about 55’ in length along the corner of W 28th
Street and Tannery Street (City would receive the land about 55’ in
length along the corner of W 28th Street and Tannery
Street in the exchange). A new survey of this area of the block
created this discrepancy. Tax Map number 27-1-5-11-6A, 7, 8, & 9.
The Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers
located within the Municipal Building, 2039 Sycamore Avenue. Any

copy of the application is on file in the City Planner's Office,
2039 Sycamore Avenue, and is available for review from 8:30 AM to
5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
