Notice is hereby given that the Buena Vista
City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday February 14,
2008, at 6:00 PM or shortly thereafter to receive public comment on
the following:
Public Hearing 1 - 6:00 PM
A request by Richard & Theresa Dudley to close the roadway
located exclusively between 123 Linden Circle (Branch) and 265 Elm
Ave (Dudley) and between Tax Map 51-1- -4-10 (Branch) and
51-1-E-19-11 (Dudley) - 50’ width X 101’ +- Length’

Amend Article 15 Site Plan
1501.03 For relatively minor developments,
requirements of this section may be waived upon recommendation of
the city manager or his authorized ; provided that the intent of
this Article may not be circumvented.

ADD the following Amendment 1502.13 1502.13 An
engineered erosion and sediment control plan submitted if land
disturbance is over 10, 000 square feet.
1504.01 All site plans which are appropriately
submitted and which conform to the standards and requirements set
forth in this article shall be approved by the planning commission
after having been reviewed and recommended for approval by the city
manager or his agents, relative to:

Chambers located within the Municipal Building, 2039 Sycamore
