Notice is hereby given that the Buena Vista Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2008, at 7:00 PM or shortly thereafter to receive public comment on the following:

Amend 602.02-4 (R-1), 603.02-5 (R-2), 604.02-5 (R-3) & 605.02-6(R-4) of the land use regulations to read: “No PUBLIC swimming pool or structure shall be located closer than one hundred feet (100’) from any residential lot.” The word “PUBLIC” added to clarify between Private and public swimming pools.

The Hearings will be held in the Council Chambers located within the Municipal Building, 2039 Sycamore Avenue. Any questions regarding this matter should be directed to Robert Luke, Planning and Zoning, 261-8607.

A copy is on file in the City Planner's Office, 2039 Sycamore Avenue, and is available for review from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
