Water Department

The City of Buena Vista provides it's citizens with public water and sewer treatment.  The water comes from various wells throughout the city.  The City follows all guidelines set by the Health Department on water quality.  Tests are done each month to check for bacteria and other harmful entities that may be in the water.

    Sewage is treated at the City's own wastewater treatment facility located on 10th Street.  Again, all Health Department requirements are met and tests are performed regularly to ensure the safety of our Citizens.
